Yusuke Kamata is born in 1984 in Kanagawa, Japan. Graduated with MFA Intermedia Art from Tokyo University of the Arts in 2013. After graduating, he showed works at several exhibitions such as  "clairvoyance"at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum in 2015, and “Kaetemiru–Time For A Change” at Aomori Contemporary Art Centre in 2016.“Windowology” , Spiral Garden in 2017. He exposes the distortion inherent in architecture and history through his works, which are built upon extensive research into the connection between war and the energy industry as well as the architectural and modern histories of Japan.
