Maëlle Delaplanche
Born in 1989 in Niort, France
Lives and works in Brussels, Belgium
Maëlle is an independent curator, co-founder of Les Interstices, curatorial proposal.
"Take care" is the key word/leitmotif of Maëlle Delaplanche’s curatorial practice.
After having assisted / accompanied several international artists and curators, she became
herself a curator. In 2016 she has co-founded Les Interstices, generating a cycle of
nomadic curatorial proposals within the city of Brussels in collaboration with various artists
and in a partnership approach with institutions.
Since then, she has supported each emerging artist in his research and developed
independent exhibition projects in a dynamic of highlighting their work in the chosen
space.
